So we started planning our first Disney vacation with Kelli in February for a March 28th trip.(great timing, thank you Covid). When Disney closed Kelli was right there calling me and giving me updates about the closure and what our options were. She basically went through all the work of planning 2 vacations for us and ultimately steered us to a great Disney world adventure the first week in December. Great park and dining suggestions. She was always a phone call or text away with any questions we had. She even guided us through a Sunday evening adventure when we misplaced a back pack on the Disney skyliner! Thank you so much for all your help. For our first family vacation and coming from very rural North Dakota, you were an invaluable resource.

My husband and I were so happy to be paired up with Kelli after reaching out to MickeyTravels to plan our honeymoon! Kelli helped us coordinate a wonderful vacation to Disney World and to the Bahamas with the Disney Cruise Line, which neither of us had experienced before. We would have overlooked so many details in planning our trip and we are thankful that Kelli provided so much help along the way. She was courteous and thorough throughout the planning process and gave us lots of information before we had to make our final choices. She helped us have the perfect trip, filled with lots of Disney magic. We plan to reach out again when we plan our next vacation!

Kelli completely changed the impression we had about getting help for travel planning. Our original trip was planned in March 2020, and we were already impressed with her thoroughness in her emails, her willingness to jump on an almost 2h call with us at 8pm, etc. Our trip had to be cancelled as it coincided with the breakout of the pandemic, and Kelli was very graceful handling our cancellation, giving us alternatives to keep our booking, but without any hassle or creating friction to our cancellation. So when we decided to rebook a year later, we didn't hesitate for a second to reach out to Kelli again. Just like the first time, she was very caring, considerate, proactive in communications... All in all, we can comfortably say that our trip was much, much easier and enjoyable thanks to Kelli's work. Kelli, thanks a million, again, for everything you did that made our trip truly magical.

Hope is awesome!! Have been working with her for a year now planning our family Disney vacation. We had plans for July 2020 but with COVID it’s been rescheduled and will change again but she is so great, understanding and helpful! We will use her again and again!

Hope is an amazing travel agent! She booked a great trip for me and my kids last month. It was amazing. Hope checked in on us to make sure we were doing good. Hope also helped while we were at Disney and had to miss a dinner reservation. We are booking again with her for Disney in November 2021. Hope is fantastic at what she does. We’ve never booked with a travel agent before and after working with Hope, we will never book a vacation on our own again. She has such a vast knowledge of all things Disney and is incredibly responsive. I am slightly indecisive and look for perfection so I’ve changed my mind a few times, each time I do, Hope is reassuring and quick to respond. We were clueless about what to expect, what to do, and where to go at Disney. Melissa took time to answer a million questions and gave me countless tips to make our time in Disney more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about all things Disney (even during COVID) and is a great resource. After we talked, she sent me links to several videos that helped us navigate the new Disney App and aided us in getting a boarding pass for Rise of Resistance. We hadn’t been to Disney since our daughters had a school band trip 9 years ago. So much had changed and we needed help. My husband found Andrea on Facebook and she helped us plan a trip for our family plus two boyfriends and 2 extra girlfriends. She was also instrumental in helping us plan a surprise engagement for our oldest. She is very responsive to emails and is very detailed in her responses. She either knows the answer to every question you might have or she finds out. Not only that but she’s very kind and caring, never makes you feel like you’re a bother but it’s evident that she genuinely cares!
