Just returning from a special Disney World trip to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday. We are frequent Disney guests (1-2 times a year), but this was the very first time we used a booking agent. Megan was AMAZING at helping our really large party of 11 to book dining, get rooms next to each other, fix ticket issues, etc. She was super proactive in reminding us for dining reservations and Lightning Lane bookings, even offering to do it for us!
