I could not have asked for a better partner in planning my trip to Disney than Danielle Hardin. I had not been to Disney in a number of years, and during my planning for an upcoming trip, I came across an article about Mickey Travels. As a result, I called Mickey Travels and was placed with Danielle who absolutely lived up to everything the article had said and more. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always responsive throughout the process. My plans were impacted by Hurricane Ian, but Danielle was in contact with me immediately when it became clear that Ian would have an impact. I definitely recommend Danielle if you are planning a trip to Disney, and I will definitely be asking Danielle to help with my future Disney trips.

Shannon has been so helpful with our Disney plans! She helped us pick the right hotel last fall and made sure we knew all the covid rule changes happening. We're also using her for our upcoming cruise and she sent reminders for items we have to take care of ourselves and she called for a couple things so we didn't have to. She's been great!

Heather made our trip amazing!! This was our first Disney trip and we were so clueless on where to even start, then add covid differences and it made it even more overwhelming. As soon as I contacted her she helped with everything we got booked she made all of our dining reservations, gave us suggestions and made sure my son had a super special day for his birthday. She was always just a text away both before our trip and while we were there. She responded very quickly anytime we had questions which made it so nice! While we were there we figured out on day one that we would need some more dining reservations in order to be able to take a little more of a relaxed break during park days and rather than spending tons of time looking at what had availability we were just able to text her and she had us hooked up within about 15 min. I would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip even if you know how to book and have been a million times just the convenience of having her there to help anytime we asked was so great!!

Heather just helped me book my trip to Disney World and it was so easy. One of the easiest trips I’ve ever taken (and that’s with a 4 & 6 yr old). She booked the resort, made reservations for us, and basically made it turn key.

She also answered questions along the way, helping me along the way and provided a ton of helpful tips for which rides to hit first. Her guidance helped me save money too. She was an incredible resource and was recommended by a friend. You can tell she loves Disney and loves helping others enjoy their trip too. I’d highly recommend and would use her again!
