I was so excited to plan my boyfriend and I’s trip to Disney World since it was his first time, but I hadn’t been in a few years and I didn’t know where to start. I spoke with Holly and explained to her my budget and the ideal scenario of hotel and park. She collaborated so well and answered any question I had. She is incredibly knowledgable in all things Disney and coordinated everything for us, including setting up our trip insurance! She hooked us up with a preferred room and scheduled our transportation from the airport as well. Over the course of the weeks leading up to the trip, Holly reached out many times with updates, asking if I had any new questions and even restaurant suggestions! This woman left no stone unturned and gave me all the confidence in the world that everything was taken care of. We had the best time at the resort and parks and I couldn’t have done it without her!

What a fool I was thinking I could plan this trip on my own! Booking with Sarah was the best happy accident I could have imagined. When our former agent stopped responding, I tried to plan this vacation on my own, and within hours I was fully over my head. A friend recommended Sarah, and within mere moments we had transferred to her, and off she went! She took the reins on what was an out-of-control mess and turned it into a well oiled machine. Sarah was awesome in helping plan our most recent Disney trip!  In addition to making things easy in reserving our park passes, hotel room, and dining reservations, she also provided excellent detail on what to expect in regards to crowds and park conditions along with her personal recommendations.  She also was able to quickly respond to texts/emails when we were in the parks to answer any questions we may have had.  We have already recommended Sarah to several friends and we cannot wait to plan our next trip with her assistance!

Bridget has done an amazing job helping us plan for our upcoming trip to Disney. She has taken her time to talk with me on the phone, text, and email to answer all my questions and help us prepare, especially with all the changes happening in 2021. Even though I’ve never met her in person, I feel like she is a friend! She also went above and beyond to help make our trip special by searching for & sending me the perfect Magic Band for my niece’s first Disney trip and birthday. We can’t wait for the magic!

We just returned from a fabulous week that was all planned and organized by Laura. Everything from start to finish was top notch!
