Heather made our trip amazing!! This was our first Disney trip and we were so clueless on where to even start, then add covid differences and it made it even more overwhelming. As soon as I contacted her she helped with everything we got booked she made all of our dining reservations, gave us suggestions and made sure my son had a super special day for his birthday. She was always just a text away both before our trip and while we were there. She responded very quickly anytime we had questions which made it so nice! While we were there we figured out on day one that we would need some more dining reservations in order to be able to take a little more of a relaxed break during park days and rather than spending tons of time looking at what had availability we were just able to text her and she had us hooked up within about 15 min. I would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip even if you know how to book and have been a million times just the convenience of having her there to help anytime we asked was so great!!

Heather just helped me book my trip to Disney World and it was so easy. One of the easiest trips I’ve ever taken (and that’s with a 4 & 6 yr old). She booked the resort, made reservations for us, and basically made it turn key.

She also answered questions along the way, helping me along the way and provided a ton of helpful tips for which rides to hit first. Her guidance helped me save money too. Danielle  helped us plan a last minute trip to Disneyland with Grandparents. It was truly a dream vacation with a VIP tour and a stay in the Grand Californian at Club Level. n 2019, I was ready to book a Disney World vacation for my family and me. After several attempts to find an agent, I found Mickey Travels, sent them a message, and received a call from Jennifer Turner.  We had an instant connection, and she began to create the trip of a lifetime for us. Jennifer has so much Disney knowledge that she never hesitates when asked questions.  She has firsthand experience and guided us with thorough and complete answers. We were on track for December 2020 with our 3-bedroom villa at the Riviera Resort, tickets, meal plan, and photo pass booked. Then Covid hit! It would have been a very stressful situation if I was booking this myself, but I left it in Jennifer’s hands. The trip was rebooked for July 2021, then rebooked again for December 2021, which was our original plan for Christmas in Disney. Through all the changes – the unprecedented closing of Disney, no meal plans, the new park reservations, getting us the same 3-bedroom villa, helping us through the new Genie and Genie+, setting us up with the Disney app – Jennifer was compassionate, patient, professional, and considerate. She helped us plan our days for visiting the 4 parks, suggested the Capture the Moment photo plan, which I highly recommend, gave explicit instructions on signing up for popular attractions on Genie and explained the benefits of Genie+ Lightning Lane.

 

Jennifer is such a professional, as well as a kind, compassionate, gentle soul with a talent for making each client feel like he/she must be her only client. We had many phone conversations to make payments and plan the next steps. These conversations were a highlight of my week.
