All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! So knowledgeable on every little aspect. We are Disney veterans and know how to do Disney, or so I thought! Kelli had so many unique tips and tricks that I was blown away! We were a group of 9 and she had everything tied up nicely for that large of a group. I was a bit worried about dining and fastpasses with that many people but Kelli made it so simple and got us EVERYTHING we had requested.  On top of being detail oriented, she was a fast responder to every single question I had. Hi Holly! Just a quick note to thank you for an unforgettable vacation! We LOVED the safari in Animal Kingdom and have amazing video of a giraffe that came right up to us! Hollywood Studios was also great! I’m the champion at Buzz Lightyear! Of course Epcot and Magic Kingdom were terrific as well. Thanks for setting up the Fireworks cruise too…we felt like celebrities with everyone wondering how we were able to pull that off! An incredible time was had by all of us! THANKS!!!

Melissa Abbott is wonderful! When we asked her to plan our trip for us we thought it would save us a little time. But she really made our trip better. She gave us options we didn’t even know were available. We were thinking about having our daughter do the dress like a princess thing. Melissa had listened to us describe our daughter in earlier conversations and suggested the dress like a mermaid thing! My daughter loved it! All the cast members talked like pirates! It was great and fit my daughter’s personality! Her dining suggestions were great. Throughout the entire booking process, she thought of everything. She really is amazing!
