We had an amazing trip because of her!!! Disney has so many options it’s overwhelming and can be daunting because we were afraid we would miss something amazing. Liz was our guide every step of the way. From the initial interview about what kind of experience we were looking to have, she made our personalized trip easy to navigate. We were even traveling with a large party of varying ages and needs and abilities and everyone was included. Navigating the parks? Not us! She took us through the parks logically and sent us to her favorite stops for treats and activities so we didn’t miss a thing! Liz even answered questions we had while in the parks. Her enthusiasm is contagious and she definitely set the stage for a memorable trip for us that we enjoyed without the stress! Thank you Liz!!

Liz planned our Disneyland trip down to the smallest detail. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with everything the whole entire time! She was amazing and I will use her in the future and recommend her to others! She was great! We had the best Disneyland experience because of her!

Liz is freaking awesome! I was so overwhelmed trying to plan my family’s first Disney trip. A friend recommended her and we are so grateful. She helped relieve so much of the planning stress and even worked with us to get our dates moved around whenever we had to make a change of plans. We traveled during christmas/new years eve week (peak season) and she helped us navigate it in a way that we didn’t feel overwhelmed. Not to mention she quoted us for a rate that was WAY more affordable than the rate of the stay we were planning (on Disney resort, which was amazing!) Any questions I had she was quick to respond. Liz was accommodating, informative, and catered our trip to Disney based on what was most important for our experience. Even though we have done Disney World more than a few times, having MickeyTravels - Liz Cramer put our trip together was well worth it. Especially considering the very affordable cost of $0.00! Liz was my saving grace for quite literally everything my whole vacation! Things like answering questions on how to use the mobile app, booking lightening lanes for me (that I didn’t even know I needed or wanted) but she knew! I am a single mom who, as of January 2024, had not been on vacation in 8 years. On a whim, I reached out to your company to help plan a vacation celebrating my oldest child's high school graduation. Jennifer answered promptly and began helping me immediately.

I only had three months to plan, but it was a breeze with Jennifer's assistance! Not only did she help me with things like dinner reservations (I hadn't been to Disney in almost a decade, and was clueless when it came to using the MDE app) and hints on how to get the best lightning lanes, she also showed me how to effectively use the app so our vacation went off without a hitch.

I also appreciated how willing Jennifer was to schedule phone calls so I could ask millions of questions! She is very patient, and if she doesn't know the answer to something right away, she will get back to me as soon as she does.

As soon as we got back from that first wonderful vacation, I scheduled a second. We just got back last week, and even though we were at Pop Century this time instead of the Polynesian, it was absolutely magical! I currently have two more vacations scheduled with Jennifer, and am looking forward to many more!
