There are not enough words to describe what a joy Jeanine made the Disney process. From initial ideas about hotels and park options, to dining reservations, anything in the app, how to navigate the park systems - even the DAS process, figuring out how to coordinate with two different grandparents joining us, to quick questions during the trip, she continually sprinkled her magic on our experience. On our last day I texted her with tears in my eyes thanking her so much for helping make my son’s first trip everything I could have dreamed of. I have always been a Disney fan, but hadn’t been in so long, and so much has changed it could be overwhelming, but instead was seamless. I will never plan a Disney trip without her help again - her love for Disney is informative, but more so, infectious! 100/10!

We worked with Kari on our trip to Disney World this summer and I could not imagine ever working with someone else! We checked off all of our bucket list items (building droids and lightsabers), snagged all of the reservations (Ohana, last minute breakfast at Topolino’s, and even BBB!), and never waited more than 20 minutes in a line thanks to Kari and her team! If she didn’t know the answer, she was able to reach out to her network and was back with information quickly! She was available during our trip, too, so when we needed help on arrival day, she was only a text/call away! Kari is truly a delight to talk to! She loves Disney and loves to help other families have the best time they can! I can't say enough great things about Shannon and her help for our very first family Disney trip. She guided me through the whole process of booking park tickets to choosing the best dining reservations. She took the time to see what parks we were interested in and what rides and characters our twins like. She even helped get our sweet princess an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique after it just reopened from Covid. She was happy and kind about answering all my questions. Shannon has booked multiple Disney getaways for me and my family from cruises to resorts and even tickets! However the best thing she has done yet, was today!
