Even though we have done Disney World more than a few times, having MickeyTravels - Liz Cramer put our trip together was well worth it. Especially considering the very affordable cost of $0.00! Liz did all the work of sorting through the various hotel options for us, navigating the Lightning Lane system that seems to be different every time we go to Disney, and gave us a lot of great itinerary and dining options we had never thought about on previous trips! Liz was my saving grace for quite literally everything my whole vacation! Things like answering questions on how to use the mobile app, booking lightening lanes for me (that I didn’t even know I needed or wanted) but she knew! She checked on me regularly too to ensure everything was running smoothly, and even created a perfectly detailed itinerary of my whole trip! I am a single mom who, as of January 2024, had not been on vacation in 8 years. On a whim, I reached out to your company to help plan a vacation celebrating my oldest child's high school graduation. Jennifer answered promptly and began helping me immediately.

I only had three months to plan, but it was a breeze with Jennifer's assistance! Not only did she help me with things like dinner reservations (I hadn't been to Disney in almost a decade, and was clueless when it came to using the MDE app) and hints on how to get the best lightning lanes, she also showed me how to effectively use the app so our vacation went off without a hitch.

I also appreciated how willing Jennifer was to schedule phone calls so I could ask millions of questions! She is very patient, and if she doesn't know the answer to something right away, she will get back to me as soon as she does.

As soon as we got back from that first wonderful vacation, I scheduled a second. We just got back last week, and even though we were at Pop Century this time instead of the Polynesian, it was absolutely magical! I currently have two more vacations scheduled with Jennifer, and am looking forward to many more!

Thank you again for all of the help I received. As a single mom, I struggle daily alone, and rarely have help with anything. To be able to depend on someone else for something as important as a family vacation means so much, I'm not even sure I can put it into words! Thank you Mickey Travels and Jennifer!!!

Amanda was fantastic to work with. She helped us book our Disney hotel and park tickets with ease. She informed us of a water park promotion that I was unaware of, that is included in our stay. I am an experienced Disney goer myself, so I was very impressed that she had lots of information I didn't already know. Her expertise helped save us time and money! Carley was so incredibly helpful as we planned our trip! I messaged her back in July to start planning our trip and she was always quick with response times. She booked all of our dining reservations as close to the time we requested and if she had to reserve another time, she watched as other times became available and would check with us before changing the reservation. The way she booked our lightening lane passes was incredible because we rode the more popular rides at each park twice! She even made an incredible itinerary for us that we kept open on our phones so we did not have to remember what time everything was planned for! Our Disney trip would not have been as smooth without Carley’s help. We had the best time and are already planning our next trip and definitely will be utilizing Carley’s help for years to come! Kelly helped us plan an amazing Disney cruise to Alaska. The kids loved the cruise (the performances, the pools, the kids clubs, the characters). We all loved our time in Alaska. It was amazing. I’m just wanting to leave an extraordinary review for Jennifer Gialloreto! She was our travel agent when booking our first ever Disney cruise. She was incredible, organized, so easy to communicate with and it felt like a breeze rather than a transaction. First impressions are huge and by the service we received on the cruise, I believe that Disney feels the same.
