All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! So knowledgeable on every little aspect. We are Disney veterans and know how to do Disney, or so I thought! Kelli had so many unique tips and tricks that I was blown away! We were a group of 9 and she had everything tied up nicely for that large of a group. I was a bit worried about dining and fastpasses with that many people but Kelli made it so simple and got us EVERYTHING we had requested.  On top of being detail oriented, she was a fast responder to every single question I had. Never had to wait more than an hour to hear back from her, which was very refreshing! She is now my go to Disney TA and can’t wait to book all of our trips with her!

Kelli helped plan my entire Disney World Vacation! We just got back home Saturday and have Disney withdrawal. Kelli gave great suggestions, answered emails quickly, sent me reminders, booked our dining and fastpasses, and overall took all the anxiety out of planning a Disney trip! For someone like me who had no clue what I was doing she was awesome!

When we were on vacation the my Disney experience app kept acting up while I was trying to change a dinner reservation one day and Kelli took care of switching things around for me right away. She gave us plenty of options and lots of suggestions (which made all the difference in our ability to get so much out of our Disney Vacation both in and out of the parks!) We are so grateful for her time, energy, organizational skills and especially the unparalleled insider knowledge of “all things Disney!” that she offers! Planning a Disney trip is overwhelming, especially if it's your first time. I reached out to Heather to help us book our first trip ever...for 6 people. My family is no easy feat to overcome. Heather came to our business to sit down with us. She gathered all of our info on our likes and dislikes, she gave us helpful tips on her experiences and what would help us for our first time. No question we had was overlooked. Even if it seemed silly to us, because we just didn't know, she answered and never made us feel like we were bothering her. Heather took care of us and booked our dining...which was AMAZING. All of her suggestions were spot on. She even scored the beloved "Be Our Guest" dinner reservations!!!! Our first trip was truly magical and one I will never forget. The looks on my kids faces at our first character meal at Chef Mickey's brought me to tears...just like she said it would. It just was an amazing trip over all and her insider tips made our trip flow a lot easier. We booked our bounce back trip for 2018 immediately and I will be looking to switch over our reservation so Heather can once again work her magic. Thank you for everything!!

My son wanted to go to Disney forever but I always said no because the stress of planning was stopping me. When I heard Heather was booking Disney trips we went for it! She booked EVERYTHING.
