Stephanie went above and beyond to help our family have a magical Disney trip! From an itinerary, to fast passes and autograph books, she walked me through all my planning needs! Our experience would have not been the same without her knowledge.

Stephanie is the absolute best at what she does. She literally plans the most magical trips. My new husband and I have her the reins for our honeymoon and made a mini registry for Disney for friends and family to gift us experiences if they wanted. She absolutely thought outside the box and gave us some truly magical moments that we wouldn't have had if we had planned this trip on our own. We absolutely adore her and we won't go through anyone else for a Disney trip.

Stephanie did an amazing job helping us plan our trip. One of the worst parts of the experience has always been trying to figure out what to do and when to do it during our Disney Trip. Stephanie has it down to a science....she understands the crowds and fast passes so that large crowds don’t slow down the fun. She talked to us about what we wanted and then gave recommendations and options for how to accomplish that. She always answered all of our questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing trip. If you’re planning a Disney trip......stop it......let Stephanie do it.

It was the first time our family decided to go to Disney, we did so at a particular time as Christmas is the busiest period of the year to visit. We did not have very much experience and since Sarah Berson came highly recommended by a friend, we trusted her in organizing everything for us. Before leaving she asked detailed questions to make sure whatever choices she made for us, they were in line with our expectations. We definitely had a pleasant experience with her support before leaving as we felt we knew exactly what to do and to expect, but it was only when we arrived at Disney on the very first day that we fully appreciated and understood how important her support was, as everything went very smooth!! (we just had to concentrate on having the most fun) During the stay she also made sure everything was going well.  For us parents, it was great to spend quality time with our 2 daughters and we also enjoyed ourselves (hopefully we will be able to do it again soon).

We highly recommend Sarah Berson, she is extremely professional, very supportive and super organized.

We have now been home for 1 week, and our depression stage is finally over, allowing me the strength to write this well deserved review. I have been to Disney numerous times growing up as a kid. However, I have never gone as an adult “without kids”. I thought booking the trip, without a travel agent, should be an easy task for 2 adults. I found out quickly, there was a lot to do and honestly a lot to take in and I live a busy lifestyle to begin with. So, I decided to google Disney travel agents near Philadelphia and that’s how I found Sarah.

Ever since our first conversation, she was attentive to my needs, she was both knowledgeable and diligent, and she showed independence and confidence in her abilities to set up a memorable trip for my girlfriend and I. The two of us couldn’t have been happier with Sarah’s performance. She set up the trip from the airport to the hotels. Booked the parks, the fast passes, and the reservations for our dinners with our dining plan. And then she linked everything to our Disney app account. Before the trip took place, our Magic Bands were mailed to us along with our luggage tags. Sarah sent us an itinerary along with some additional goodies. She was even available while we were in Disney to book some “extras” on the last day, which was much appreciated by the way. We would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to travel to Disney World. She is an expert in her field and will go above and beyond to make your trip a memorable one as well. (The best part for those who may fear travel agents cost a lot...Disney covers her commission. I know because I compared prices) The smartest thing I did for our vacation was hiring Sarah and I will guarantee it will be the smartest decision you will make as well.

I owe our entire trip to Jennifer, she is absolutely amazing!!! My two sons adore Mickey Mouse but I was never brave enough To plan a trip to Disney because I never even knew where to begin with all the different resorts, parks, and fast passes. My friend recommended Jennifer and after speaking with her once I was sold, she made it so easy and stress free! She offered up so much wonderful advice and answered every question I could ever think of (and you will have them :) ). Jennifer booked the entire package; rooms, parks and dining reservations we requested along with every single fast pass we wanted. She didn’t just get us the fast passes we wanted to check the box, she got them in a way that worked with the park so we could enjoy it and weren’t just rushing through it all while still working with our other plans for the day!! I could not have asked for a better schedule to our week at Disney than what she has achieved for us. She is fantastic at what she does, super knowledgeable, and best of all she is so kind with every response. We are soooooo excited for our Disney World vacation all thanks to Jennifer!! I would 110% recommend her to anyone, especially anyone whom is looking to go to Disney World but feeling a bit overwhelmed 

We loved our trip! You made us feel so taken care of and like we were in good hands the whole time. I was actually surprised how much just knowing you were “there” to help make our trip run smoothly really set me at ease. We’ve been to Disney countless times (we literally have lost count) and always done the whole thing on our own – planning, booking, travel, stay, tickets, park itinerary, meals…all of it. What a difference it was, even being there in “COVID time”, to have what felt like a guardian angel helping us just in case anything unexpected popped up. And the ease with which our bookings/reservations were secured was such a luxury! I’ve never used a vacation planner for any trip before, but will come back to you many times, I’m sure! We felt so pampered when you so seamlessly reserved our trip according to our wishes…a girl could get used to this!!
