Carley helped book our stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs resort, which we absolutely loved- it was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience and Disney Magic. One of the highlights of our trip was attending the Royal Table brunch in the magical Disney Castle, an experience our grandchildren will never forget! Seeing their faces light up with joy getting to meet and hug so many of their favourite princesses was priceless.

We wanted to send a thank you to our Disney Vacation Planner, Jennifer Gialloreto. She planned the most perfect trip for our family. We went in February and are still speechless when it comes to trying to explain how perfect this trip was. This was our family’s first time ever going, and we cannot wait to plan another trip! Jennie is amazing.

We began this process in September, and Jennie went above and beyond for us. We had no idea how to even begin, and she took us step by step, answering every question promptly and with detailed explanations. The trip she guided us through was perfection from the quiet hotel stay to the magical dinner at Cinderellas castle. She offered tips and tricks to get us through the lightning lanes, transportation, stroller rentals, the list goes on and on. I made a mistake at the hotel when we first got there, and I frantically emailed Jennie who immediately responded to offer any assistance she could.

It meant a lot to my husband and I to have created these memories with our young daughter, and Jennie made that possible. I cannot thank her enough for making this trip easy, stress free and perfectly magical.

We plan on using Jennie again within the next year knowing that we are in good hands. I look at our pictures daily and cannot wait to go back!

Liz has taken the stress out of my Disney trip. She has literally planned out the smallest details that I didn't think of (and due to stress don't have time to think of). It also helps that she looks out for my budget!

Liz stayed on top of my itinerary down to the time we were actually in the park and made reservations for rides. She knows all of the best inside tips. It was also helpful she knows all the ways to maximize my budget (including looking for military discounts).

We will be using Liz again for our next Disney vacation. I can't think of working with anyone else.

We had an amazing trip because of her!!! Disney has so many options it’s overwhelming and can be daunting because we were afraid we would miss something amazing. Liz was our guide every step of the way. From the initial interview about what kind of experience we were looking to have, she made our personalized trip easy to navigate. We were even traveling with a large party of varying ages and needs and abilities and everyone was included. Navigating the parks? Not us! She took us through the parks logically and sent us to her favorite stops for treats and activities so we didn’t miss a thing! Liz even answered questions we had while in the parks. Her enthusiasm is contagious and she definitely set the stage for a memorable trip for us that we enjoyed without the stress! Thank you Liz!!

Liz is freaking awesome! I was so overwhelmed trying to plan my family’s first Disney trip. A friend recommended her and we are so grateful. She helped relieve so much of the planning stress and even worked with us to get our dates moved around whenever we had to make a change of plans. We traveled during christmas/new years eve week (peak season) and she helped us navigate it in a way that we didn’t feel overwhelmed. Not to mention she quoted us for a rate that was WAY more affordable than the rate of the stay we were planning (on Disney resort, which was amazing!) Any questions I had she was quick to respond. Liz was accommodating, informative, and catered our trip to Disney based on what was most important for our experience.
