Planning a trip for a party of 10 could be overwhelming for anyone. Then add Disney to the mix and it’s downright terrifying! I am so glad we chose to use Jenna to help plan our Disney World vacation as well as our Disney cruise. I haven’t been to Disney since I was a little girl and so much has changed and it was completely overwhelming me. Choosing to use Jenna took off most of the stress in planning as she did all the leg work and knew all the tips and tricks that I would have never been aware of.

I don’t know if it was this winter or what, but we changed our minds several different times planning this vacation. We changed dates, added days, moved things around, we definitely put her through the ringer on several occasions and she handled all of our changes quickly and professionally.

Jenna was never hard to get in contact with at any point in time. She even checked on us during our trip to make sure things were going as planned and to see if we needed anything.

I highly recommend Jenna to anyone looking to take away the stress and aggravation of planning a vacation. I won’t hesitate to use her again and will continue to recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip.
