Jenna went above & beyond my expectations every step of the way in planning our Disney vacation, from the very beginning planning stages (weighing pros & cons of when to go to meet our goals of smaller crowds & lowest cost, helping us understand how covid restrictions would impact our experience so we could make an informed decision whether to go or wait, deciding which resort to stay at etc), to planning all the small details of our trip as it got closer (she got up before the sun to get our dining reservations booked, helped us choose which character meals would be perfect for our family, and provided endless tips & info about rides, transportation, touring plans, etc), and even helped us navigate a couple of snags we encountered during our trip. Jenna was extremely responsive & thorough in answering every question we had, and her knowledge of all things Disney is unmatched. To top it off, she is the SWEETEST person & even dropped off a “send off” package at our house with a few adorable Disney-themed goodies for our kids the day before our trip.
