Jamie, sincere thanks for helping us plan THE most perfect trip. Your hard work on our hotel, dining, and FastPass+ reservations provided the skeleton for three fabulous days, and a little Disney magic (in the form of well-timed transportation, free ice cream, extra paper FastPasses from a friendly cast member, the myDisney app, and an actual Disney barbershop (!)) didn't hurt. On 12/30, we didn't wait in a single line for more than 15 minutes at the Magic Kingdom. THANK YOU!

Jamie, thank you so very much for taking care of us for our trip to WDW. We had the time of our lives. The grandkids enjoyed every minute of day and the looks of wonderment on their faces as we explored the different parks will forever remain in our minds and memories. It's hard to believe that after all the months of preparation and little white lies to keep it a surprise from them until that Friday is now a memory and ended too soon. But, we have our pictures and video of the trip and will be looking and watching them every day. This was an amazing vacation, Esther!!! I had to email you as soon as I got in the house….haven’t even unpacked yet!! This vacation would never have been as successful without you helping us. Glad you liked the flowers, just a small token of our appreciation for helping us have the best vacation of our lives. Everything was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The concierge rooms were wonderful, the concierges were so personable and helpful, and the waiters really made our time special by keeping the kids entertained and regularly playing tricks on our mother who enjoyed them thoroughly. The excursions were excellent and everything went so smoothly, it was incredible. We loved the grand cabana on Castaway and Rowan, Jon and I even ran in the Castaway 5k race. It truly was an amazing, unforgettable trip that was perfectly planned and executed thanks to you. We just might have to do it again soon, Gail! Thanks for everything!
