Kathryn planned THE PERFECT DISNEY VACATION for us! She began by asking us what we were looking for, hoping to experience and dreaming of... Using her extensive Disney Knowledge of attractions, specials, park logistics, lodging, transportation, dining options and Disney magic she designed THE MOST MAGICAL DISNEY VACATION Just For Us! We literally had THE BEST TIME, made unforgettable memories and had SO MUCH FUN! Kathryn knew I wanted to squeeze some (real)vacation *downtime* into our stay and made that entirely possible! The best part is that she actually took the time to educate me on how/why each detail was thought out and planned the way it was (so it made sense to us) AND taught us how to use the DISNEY APP so that we were able to follow along and make the most of the trip! She gave us plenty of options and lots of suggestions (which made all the difference in our ability to get so much out of our Disney Vacation both in and out of the parks!) Planning a Disney trip is overwhelming, especially if it's your first time. I reached out to Heather to help us book our first trip ever...for 6 people. My family is no easy feat to overcome. Heather came to our business to sit down with us. She gathered all of our info on our likes and dislikes, she gave us helpful tips on her experiences and what would help us for our first time. No question we had was overlooked. Even if it seemed silly to us, because we just didn't know, she answered and never made us feel like we were bothering her. Heather took care of us and booked our dining...which was AMAZING. All of her suggestions were spot on. She even scored the beloved "Be Our Guest" dinner reservations!!!! Our first trip was truly magical and one I will never forget. The looks on my kids faces at our first character meal at Chef Mickey's brought me to tears...just like she said it would. It just was an amazing trip over all and her insider tips made our trip flow a lot easier. We booked our bounce back trip for 2018 immediately and I will be looking to switch over our reservation so Heather can once again work her magic. Thank you for everything!!

My son wanted to go to Disney forever but I always said no because the stress of planning was stopping me. When I heard Heather was booking Disney trips we went for it! She booked EVERYTHING. I'm talking flight, rooms, fast passes and even our dinners! Everything she recommended was amazing. She was always in contact with any changes but wasn't annoying about it. So happy we went through her. She truly made our vacation magical.

Well, coming home is definitely the worst part.   Thank you so much!  We all had so much fun, largely in part to all your help with suggestions and planning! We're back to reality but wanted to tell you once again how grateful we are for all you've done for our trip! I'm sure you get this all the time but you're awesome! As a first timer, I felt like a complete pro with your tips and itinerary. We did absolutely everything the parks had to offer, watched every show and had a blast on the rides. (our favorite tip was the one about exiting the shows by waiting for everyone to go the other way). Everything was perfect including the weather thankfully! We had a blast and it wouldn't have been possible without you! Seriously, we saw so many parents/people confused or lost throughout the parks regarding show or parade times and such. Nina Fahrenholtz has been a miracle for me! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Walt Disney Vacation! I was originally referred to her by a friend and the recommendation was one of the best I've gotten! First, Nina had taken the time to find what our needs were for our WDW vacation. She made sure to fit everything within the budget we needed, and ensured all our accommodations were exactly what we needed for our guest. She made last minute changes for us absolutely delightful. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze, she had reservations for all our meals each day, helped me with somethings even while we were in one of the parks!! She checked on us after the trip and let me know when certain things are happening in the parks! I've never felt pressure from her just to get a reservation for a Walt Disney vacation. She has helped (she has actually done everything for us, hotel reservations, park tickets, changed my password to the site to manage the trip, dinner reservations for each day we were at the parks, reserved a mobile scooter and even changed a reservation at one restaurant I didn't care for) me completely plan a second vacation, THEN change the dates for the entire trip and did it all over again! Did I mention that all of this was done and she never seemed flustered or upset at all! She only wanted to make sure we were happy with everything... even after all of that! Nina, you are the greatest! Thank you for everything you continue to do for us!

Hi Melissa! We loved all the dining recommendations and Be Our Guest was a great option at Magic Kingdom for sit down quick service that wasn't just fried food! Your advice on what days to hit what parks was priceless and helped tremendously, the advice on restaurants, FastPasses, etc helped us actually get to Disney. I was so overwhelmed when we first connected and you made it happen, I cannot thank you enough!
