We were clueless about how to go about planning our first Disney vacation. Lisa made sure we knew all the options and then helped us customize our time to get the most fun and memories possible for our money. We took our trip knowing what to expect with a flexible plan in place - including great dining reservations - that worked out so well for our family. My husband and I were expecting a trip that was ‘for the kids,’ but the whole family had a blast! We can’t thank Lisa enough - there is no way we would have planned that well on our own!

Erin is the most knowledgeable and reliable Disney agent around. Traveling to Disney for the first time as a party of 8 would have been daunting and overwhelming if it weren't for her. Instead, Erin planned everything for us - meal reservations at the top restaurants, FastPasses, and all accommodations. We stayed at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort, which was recommended by Erin, and we absolutely loved it. We also visited all 4 theme parks and has FastPasses for the top attractions. Pretty sure she woke up very early to make these! Erin not only organized all of this, but she was available several times while we were in Disney. With her help, we were able to maximize every moment and make the vacation truly magical. Thank you, Erin, for being amazing! We already can't wait to book our next Disney trip with you!

We just came back from our 7 night Disney Cruise followed by a few days in Disney World! Erin was incredibly helpful during our trip planning!
