Hey there, I’m Nicole Umstetter!

I was born and raised in Upstate New York. I’m married to my best friend, Nick, and together we have two beautiful babies — our son, Luca, who lives in heaven and undoubtedly has the best seat in the house for the fireworks, and our daughter, Lakely, who lights up our world here on Earth. We also have two sweet pups who complete our little family.

My love for Disney started as a child, when my parents would take my brothers and me every year. I grew up on the classics — singing along to The Little Mermaid, putting on living room performances, and regularly belting out Ursula’s, “I’m a very busy woman and I haven’t got all day!” (Which, ironically, makes for a perfect segue — because when it comes to planning your Disney vacation, I absolutely do have time for you.)

In addition to being a Disney lover, I’m also a lifestyle photographer — a job that has given me the gift of telling people’s stories through authentic, heartfelt moments. That same passion for storytelling is exactly what I bring to every Disney trip I help plan. Your vacation isn’t just a getaway — it’s a story in the making, filled with joy, wonder, and moments you’ll treasure forever.

I’ve been lovingly called a “Disney adult” since, well, adulthood — and honestly, it’s a title I wear with pride. There’s just something about the magic of Disney that never fades. Bringing my daughter to Disney before her first birthday was one of the most special experiences of my life. Watching her tiny eyes light up at the fireworks and characters filled my heart in ways I can’t even explain. People often say, “They won’t remember it,” but as a mom, I’m learning that these are the moments I remember forever. And even if she won’t recall the details, I know her heart felt joy, wonder, and love — and that means everything to me. I always say: Do it. You won’t get these moments back, and they’re just as much a part of your parenthood as they are their childhood.
