Hi My name is Melissa Novak!

I am born and raised in Queens, New York! I have spent 11+ years in customer service.  I am a dog mom to Mickey who is my pride and joy. I was not born a Disney lover but as a teenager went to Disney world and automatically fell in love! My husband and I have been going to Disney religiously for the past 13 years and every time we go we fall in love all over again.

If you walk into my house it feels like you are in Disney World, from the figurines, photographs, bags, sneakers, clothing, you name it, I am the ultimate Disney fanatic. Three years ago I became a DVC member and let me tell you you do not experience Disney until you have stayed in a Disney resort.  From seeing animals outside your window, to just waking up to park information on your television, seeing fireworks from your resort there is nothing like it anywhere else.

My passion is Disney. I know how happy I feel when I am in the parks and the resorts and my ultimate goal is for you to feel that same happiness when you book a trip with me. I want you to feel like you booked the best vacation ever and confident with the recommendations i have suggested you.
