My name is Laura Anderton!

I am an Atlanta-based mom of two young kids (age 7 and age 4) who decided to embrace her inner Disney fan. I loved Disney and going to the parks growing up with my parents (who joined us on both of our kids first ever Disney trips!) and now experiencing it through the eyes of my two kiddos has been nothing short of magical.

Taking my oldest on her first trip to Walt Disney World 4 years ago was the most special experience. It took a lot of planning. Which a lot of people don’t love about going to Disney (including my husband, Lee), but I LOVED it. I joined all of the Facebook groups, watched all of the YouTube videos, and read all of the blogs.

We’ve been A LOT since that initial trip (cue the jokes from our friends – “did y’all move to Disney?!”) – so we did the next best thing and became Annual Passholders.  I recently also took my first ever trip to Disneyland and was moved by its charm, history and whimsy. My favorite quote from Walt Disney is “Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever.”
