Customize your Disney Experience

Here are the best ways to Customize your Disney Experience!

It is very easy for companies to offer a “one size fit’s all” product but frustrating to the consumer. Obviously a 110 pound teen will not wear the same leggings as a 200 lb woman, but things like that are out there. Luckily Disney is not a company that is going to try to put you into a “one size” mold. They mold to you or break the mold completely! You can customize your Disney experience!

Catergory and Levels Disney

With that said, it is still easy for people to get caught up in a specific level or category at Disney. When really they have the opportunity to mix and match options to really fit their needs. Many would think that if you go for the moderate resort, you would also opt for the (regular) Dining Plan. It is true that many people feel like they want to go for the “middle” with their booking options, but I challenge you to really think about what you want out of your trip to make the most of it!

Food Lovers, why not go all out and book the Deluxe, Premium, or Platinum Dining Plans and go one level lower in your resort category? If you usually stay at Caribbean Beach try Pop Century. You will get to enjoy all the food you love and not worry about spending extra money for amenities you don’t use at your resort.

Resort Lovers, why not enjoy the luxury of a higher level resort and not spend the extra money on the dining? If you stay at Port Orleans Riverside, why not splurge on The Polynesian and go for the Dining Plan rather than Deluxe Dining Plan? This way you can feel pampered and most people feel more than satisfied with the options of the Dining Plan.

This concept can also be applied to tickets. Don’t get the water park option if you are staying in a Deluxe resort and you can use your upgraded pool area with themed slide. Instead use that money for a trip to the Cirque du Soleil, parasailing, or some shopping.

When it comes time to customize your Disney experience, it all comes down to figuring out what is really important to you and which things you can do without. This will help you maximize your budget and still enjoy the luxuries that are the most important to you! Don’t think that if you book a Value resort, you have to go with the Quick- Service Dining Plan.
