Where are you from?  New Jersey

First memory of Disney?  Going to Disneyland in California when I was only 5 years old!

What makes Disney MAGICAL in your eyes? There’s something for everyone no matter your age, and let’s be honest, who doesn’t love acting like a kid again??

Favorite Disney destination and why? Walt Disney World. My family has been going every year for 25 years and we have lots of wonderful memories.

Favorite Disney Character and why?  Tigger! I loved him so much it was my nickname in high school.

Favorite Disney Attraction and why?  This is a tie between the Haunted Mansion and Star Tours. The Haunted Mansion has some of the best theming anywhere and the atmosphere is just so much fun!  I am also a die-hard Star Wars fan and have been since age 7, and Star Tours puts you right in the middle of the movies!

Favorite Disney Resort and why? Old Key West. My family’s DVC home for 25 years!

Favorite Disney Restaurant and why?  Victoria & Albert’s. I had the wonderful opportunity to dine at the Chef’s Table and it was the best meal I’ve ever had.

Favorite Disney Quick Service Restaurant and why?  Starring Rolls in Hollywood Studios. They have great food and you get a lot for your money, especially on the Dining Plan.  Plus, they have epic cupcakes!

3 Disney characters you’d like to have dinner with and why? Flynn Rider, Sulley, and Shere Kahn. I think it would be the weirdest and most awesome dinner ever haha.

Favorite Disney snack and why?  Dole Whips!  And do you really need to ask why?

Favorite Disney Movie and why?  Lady and the Tramp. I’ve loved the story ever since I was a child and it’s always stuck with me. Plus I still have yet to find a dog as well-behaved and as well-mannered as Lady.

3 Favorite Disney Songs and why?  “I See the Light” from Tangled (makes me cry every time), “I Wanna Be Like You” from the Jungle Book (you can’t help but sing along with this one), and “A Whole New World” from Aladdin (I have great memories of my friends and I singing this one at the top of our lungs).

Disney character you’re most similar to and why? Boo from Monsters, Inc. I looked exactly like her when I was a child and my mother used to put my hair in pigtails just like hers.

If you could be one Disney mascot for a day who would it be and why? I am a huge fan of the Orange Bird from Adventureland. He’s so much fun and a real Florida ambassador. Plus he gets to hang around Dole Whips and Citrus Swirls all day, and who wouldn’t love that??

If you could work at one of the Disney theme parks, what job would you want and why? I would either want to be a member services agent for Disney Vacation Club or drive the monorail.  I would need some kind of inside job because I hate the heat!

Name: Adrea Tuck

Where are you from?  I am originally from Atlanta but have lived in Chicago for the past 11 years.

First memory of Disney?  I remember going to Magic Kingdom when I was 7.  My parents woke me up extremely early to drive to Disney.  I had no idea!! We were finally going to Disney!! Once we walked in to Magic Kingdom, I was hooked.  The castle was amazing and so magical. I could not take my eyes off of it!!!

What makes Disney MAGICAL in your eyes?  The MAGIC comes from Walt’s creativity and imagination.  Everyday this MAGIC creates laughter and fun for all ages.

Favorite Disney destination and why?  Magic Kingdom is my favorite Disney destination.  No matter what your age, your gender, or your frame of mind, Magic Kingdom has what it takes to make everything in life go away and make MAGIC happen.

Favorite Disney Character and why?  I love Jiminy Cricket because “If your heart is in your dream, No request is too extreme”.

And I also love Alice in Wonderland because of her curiosity.

Favorite Disney Attraction and why?  I love that we can see Buzz Lightyear in Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.  The two rides are so interactive and I get to hear kids giggling and competing all at the same time.  I love that these rides become a family fun event.

Favorite Disney Resort and why?  This question is so hard because I feel like each resort offers a different way to experience the Disney way.  I guess I would say the Wilderness Lodge is my favorite.  It is rustic and classic at the same time.

Favorite Disney Restaurant and why?  The California Grill is my favorite restaurant and not for the food.  Don’t get me wrong, the food is amazing and the chefs are top notch.  I love the California Grill for dinner so the castle is in view and the fireworks are at eye level.  The window seating and the view are breathtaking.

Favorite Disney Quick Service Restaurant and why?  Our family enjoys fish.  The Columbia Harbour House is a favorite for us because of all the fish options and malt vinegar.  The upstairs seating allows for ever family to find a spot to enjoy a relaxing and air conditioned meal to reenergize for the next adventure.

3 Disney characters you’d like to have dinner with and why?  As a mom, I would have to eat with Mary Poppins to see where she got that great bag and learn some of her tricks to make chores fun.  As a child, I would have to eat with Peter Pan and find out the secret to never growing up.  Because Alice in Wonderland always taught me to be curious, I would have to eat with the White Rabbit to try to figure out where he was always goingJ

Favorite Disney snack and why?  Snacks are my favorite—any will do but I guess if I have to pick one, I would pick the caramel apples that are created to look like so many different types of Disney characters.  The bakers amaze me with each and everyone – the taste is even more Magical!!!

Favorite Disney Movie and why?  Frozen is all the rage right now and lots of people are tired of hearing anything Frozen related. NOT ME!!! I am in love with the music and the story that portrays Anna and Elsa as girls that work hard to face problems and fears to become powerful women.  I hope these characters help little girls believe in the magic that you can do ANYTHING if you work for it and believe.

3 Favorite Disney Songs and why?  I love music.  I love to sing.  Disney songs are always in my head.  If I had to pick three that I like the best they would be: 1. When You Wish Upon a Star because it helps me remember that wishes do come true.  2.  A Spoonful of Sugar from Mary Poppins because it reminds me that you can turn anything into good.  3.  The whole Frozen soundtrack because of all the powerful messages as well as the vocal range.

Disney character you’re most similar to and why?  I feel like Cinderella most of the time.  I do a lot for my family and home but still enjoy getting dressed up for a night out.  I met my Prince Charming a long time ago and feel lucky to be able to be with him every day.

If you could be one Disney mascot for a day who would it be and why?  I would love to be Mickey Mouse.  He is the one most people want to see and that means I would get lots of hugs, smiles and squeals all day long.

If you could work at one of the Disney theme parks, what job would you want and why?  I think the best job would be to escort the characters throughout the day.  It would be amazing to see the children and adult faces when they see their favorite character for the first or hundredth time.

Name: Genevieve Buck

Where are you from?   Portsmouth, NH

First memory of Disney?  Visiting with my grandparents in the early 80s and riding Dumbo with my grandfather, I think he enjoyed it as much as I did! I can still see his smile, he loved bringing his grandchildren to the Magic Kingdom.

What makes Disney MAGICAL in your eyes? Disney is magical to me because it is such a fun easy vacation. They take care of you from the moment you arrive at the airport to the moment you leave. Making it easy to travel with children and large groups! It doesn’t matter if you’re in line for a character or grabbing a quick bit to eat. All the cast members I have come across are always smiling and so helpful! It makes the happiness contagious!

Favorite Disney destination and why? Walt Disney World is my first love, but after a recent Disney Cruise, the cruise line has crept to the top spot. My family had such a magical time on the Disney cruise. We enjoyed everything from the movies by the pool, to the nightly shows, to the cast members waiting on us every evening, it was simply amazing! Castaway Cay had to be the best day ever. It is a beautiful island with endless activities. We loved running the 5k in the morning and snorkeling in the afternoon. The food was also so tasty. We cannot wait to go back.

Favorite Disney Character and why? My favorite Disney character besides Mickey and Minnie is Cinderella. I just loved how no matter what happened she remained positive and is always kind to everyone, all the while never giving up on her dreams.

Favorite Disney Attraction and why?  My absolute favorite Disney attraction is Splash Mountain. I love the story, music, and the splash at the end!  It is a must do every time I am there, maybe twice.

Favorite Disney Resort and why? Out of all the Disney resorts I have stayed in my favorite is the Boardwalk. I love the room style and over all theme of the resort. It is a gorgeous place!!  Plus, you cannot beat that location! I love being next to Epcot. After a long day of touring the countries of Epcot, walking back to the Boardwalk and take in the night life is so fun. The nightly entertainment is a nice way to end the day, filled with laughter, and magic.

Favorite Disney Restaurant and why? Chefs de France in Epcot is my favorite! The food and the service is amazing!!!

Favorite Disney Quick Service Restaurant and why?  Tangierine Cafe in Morocco is my go to quick service place. I love their choices. I feel like I can eat healthy while on vacation, yet still have a delicious lunch or dinner.

3 Disney characters you’d like to have dinner with and why? If I could have dinner with three characters my first choice would be Tiana because I am sure she would cook up a yummy meal. My other two characters would be Mickey and Goofy! I think that dinner would be full of laughter and so much fun.

Favorite Disney snack and why? My all-time favorite Disney snack is the Nutella waffle you can get at Sleepy Hallow in the Magic Kingdom. Ok this thing is huge and more like a meal but it is so worth every calorie!!

Favorite Disney Movie and why?  My all-time favorite Disney movie is Fantasia. I have always loved this movie. The variety of animation and music flows so well. I love the unique stories throughout the movie.

3 Favorite Disney Songs and why?  My first love is Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah such a fun upbeat song. Plus, it reminds me of my favorite ride. The Bare Necessities is my second favorite Disney tune, I absolutely love The Jungle Book and this is a favorite scene of mine. Plus, I always thought Baloo the bear was the coolest character. My third favorite song is When you Wish Upon a Star. Even though it is a slower song it is still a happy tune and makes me smile every time I hear it.

Disney character you’re most similar to and why? I am a big fan of winter, the cold never bothers me! So I would have to say I am most like Elsa. Now if I could just whip up some snow like she does I would be happy.

If you could be one Disney mascot for a day who would it be and why? I would be Cinderella, because 1. I love her dress. It has always been a favorite of mine. 2. To see the wonder on a child’s face and make dreams come true would be a blast. Also she has the coolest carriage in the parade.

If you could work at one of the Disney theme parks, what job would you want and why? I would love to be one of the Disney bakers. To be able to have the talent to make the yummiest treats and be surrounded by the smells all day would be amazing, and delicious!
