Our experience with Kristen was excellent! She really listens to what you’re looking for in your Disney trip and makes it happen. And if you aren’t quite sure what you’re looking for (I’m raising my hand for this one), she is there to guide and answer questions to help put together your perfect vacation. I am so happy we used her for our first trip to Disney World. I would hands down recommend her to anyone planning a trip, especially anyone who could use a little help navigating the endless options. She is an awesome resource!

Bridget made planning our Disney trip a breeze! She took care of every detail - resort accommodations, transportation from the airport, dining reservations and fast passes. I’ve used travel agents for my Disney trips always. Bridget has been the best so far. Our trip is in 56 days and so far, there is nothing that we wanted to do that she hasn’t gotten the reservations or fast passes for. I can message her with any questions and she gets back to me ASAP. Bridget has to be the most qualified Disney planner, EVER!  She booked our trip and offered up all kinds of great information that I hadn't even thought of while scheduling our trip to Disney.  We've made many, many trips to Disney and never used a planner until this last trip.  I'll seek her services from here on out with any trip that I plan with Disney in the future.  We added an extra day to our vacation, last minute, and Bridget was right there, offering to book fast passes and to do whatever she could to help make that last minute decision flow smoothly.  She answered every question, from bus schedules, to yummy places to eat at Disney Springs, to tips on packing and when to book fast passes!  This girl knows Disney like the back of her hand and with her sweet personality, there's no one I'd rather plan my next Disney trip with!  We love Bridget!!!  <3

I can hands down say that this last trip we went on was so easy to plan. Jennifer is clearly in love with her job and has never been anything other happy, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will use you every time we book a trip! Any issue we have had, it was an easy fix. Also the fact that all of our dining and pre-booked fastpasses were done for us was just fantastic! Jennifer planned a vacation for my family of 12. She was AMAZING at every step of the way for this group of Disney newbies. All of her suggestions were on point. She answered every question quickly, but also provided lots of helpful detail. She genuinely enjoys sharing her knowledge, so working with her is a pleasure! We could have gone to Walt Disney World without her help, but we couldn’t have had such a fun and stress-free trip without her help. You are in excellent hands when you work with Jennifer!

My family recently returned from our first Disney vacation. I just have to tell you how incredibly impressed I was with our MickeyTravels planner, Jennifer McCormack. Our trip was basically two years in the making - we were booked for April of 2020, but Covid had other plans, so we rebooked for April 2021. Jennifer was with me every step of the way. I had a LOT of questions. Her advice was always spot on and she was, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgeable and responsive professionals I've ever encountered. Jennifer was an absolute delight to work with - and I will never plan another Disney vacation without her! Meghan was so knowledgeable about the Disney parks, and had so many great tips and suggestions for beating the crowds! We would have been lost without her. I still can’t believe that we sent Meghan a wishlist of places to stay and things to do, gave her our information, and she turned it into a detailed itinerary, with food recommendations, and plans tailored for our family’s needs! (And the services were free?!?) It was a no brainer! Sending everyone we know that is planning a Disney trip, straight to Meghan!

We could have never planned our trip to Disneyworld without Amy’s knowledge and assistance. She was hands down exactly what we needed in order to go on a vacation like this. She took away all of the stress and walked us through every step along the way. Amy was on top of everything from booking parks, to restaurant reservations to helping us find the perfect resort to fit our needs and the list goes on. Amy kept us in the loop when any regulations shifted due to Covid and always let us know when paperwork was due or when something needed to be handled on the app. Amy quickly replied whenever we had questions and never made us feel as though we were putting her out. She was friendly and patient. I HIGHLY recommend using Amy for all of your Disney vacations and I have already passed her name along to several friends. We had an amazing trip and it had so much to do with the wonderful assistance from Amy!
