Just wanted to tell you what an awesome trip we had to Disney last weekend.  Thank you for all of your help and coaching.  First class in every way!

Megan was a huge help! We had some uncommon ticket/hotel requests (we were spending a day or two not in the parks), and she handled everything with ease. She got us the best deal, helped us with dinner reservations and reminded us to make our fast pass reservations. When we checked in, we were upgraded to the concierge level of the Yacht Club, too! All around a great experience working with Megan - if/when we go back, we will use her again, and I would recommend her to everyone!

Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me plan our few days we in MGM and Magic Kingdom. She was able to assist in making reservations and gave me reminder dates, such as for fastpass+ choices. Her tips were great and opened my eyes to so much I didn’t know about Disney and in the end saved us money, which was very appreciated! Megan was very responsive when answering my questions.

I would recommend Megan to anyone that is looking for reliable, helpful and timely assistance in planning their time at Disney!

Our experience with Kristen was excellent! She really listens to what you’re looking for in your Disney trip and makes it happen. And if you aren’t quite sure what you’re looking for (I’m raising my hand for this one), she is there to guide and answer questions to help put together your perfect vacation. My family was ready to go to Disney, even though it was in the middle of a pandemic! Bridget listened to all of our needs and wants and worked her MAGIC! I have been to Disney many times and by far this was my favorite! ALL BECAUSE OF BRIDGET’S EXPERTISE! Her knowledge of the parks and accommodations are exceptional! I’ve used travel agents for my Disney trips always. Bridget has been the best so far. Bridget has to be the most qualified Disney planner, EVER!  She booked our trip and offered up all kinds of great information that I hadn't even thought of while scheduling our trip to Disney.  We've made many, many trips to Disney and never used a planner until this last trip.  I'll seek her services from here on out with any trip that I plan with Disney in the future.  We added an extra day to our vacation, last minute, and Bridget was right there, offering to book fast passes and to do whatever she could to help make that last minute decision flow smoothly.  She answered every question, from bus schedules, to yummy places to eat at Disney Springs, to tips on packing and when to book fast passes!  This girl knows Disney like the back of her hand and with her sweet personality, there's no one I'd rather plan my next Disney trip with!  We love Bridget!!!  <3

I can hands down say that this last trip we went on was so easy to plan. Jennifer is clearly in love with her job and has never been anything other happy, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will use you every time we book a trip! Any issue we have had, it was an easy fix. Also the fact that all of our dining and pre-booked fastpasses were done for us was just fantastic!
