Our family went on a Disney Cruise in December 2019 for my parents 40th Anniversary. Planning with Jenna made our vacation absolutely perfect! Her responses were always very quick and timely. Every question we had about an ornery little boy and any possible way he could jump ship she was able to find out all the details to ease our minds. She gave us great recommendations and helped us book private transport to and from the ship. She also had little secrets for us to get every excursion and princess meet and greet we wanted to do on the cruise. Planning a trip for a party of 10 could be overwhelming for anyone. Then add Disney to the mix and it’s downright terrifying! I am so glad we chose to use Jenna to help plan our Disney World vacation as well as our Disney cruise. I haven’t been to Disney since I was a little girl and so much has changed and it was completely overwhelming me. Choosing to use Jenna took off most of the stress in planning as she did all the leg work and knew all the tips and tricks that I would have never been aware of.

I don’t know if it was this winter or what, but we changed our minds several different times planning this vacation. We changed dates, added days, moved things around, we definitely put her through the ringer on several occasions and she handled all of our changes quickly and professionally.

Jenna was never hard to get in contact with at any point in time. She even checked on us during our trip to make sure things were going as planned and to see if we needed anything.

Jenna went above & beyond my expectations every step of the way in planning our Disney vacation, from the very beginning planning stages (weighing pros & cons of when to go to meet our goals of smaller crowds & lowest cost, helping us understand how covid restrictions would impact our experience so we could make an informed decision whether to go or wait, deciding which resort to stay at etc), to planning all the small details of our trip as it got closer (she got up before the sun to get our dining reservations booked, helped us choose which character meals would be perfect for our family, and provided endless tips & info about rides, transportation, touring plans, etc), and even helped us navigate a couple of snags we encountered during our trip. Jenna was extremely responsive & thorough in answering every question we had, and her knowledge of all things Disney is unmatched. To top it off, she is the SWEETEST person & even dropped off a "send off" package at our house with a few adorable Disney-themed goodies for our kids the day before our trip. Megan was a huge help! We had some uncommon ticket/hotel requests (we were spending a day or two not in the parks), and she handled everything with ease. She got us the best deal, helped us with dinner reservations and reminded us to make our fast pass reservations. When we checked in, we were upgraded to the concierge level of the Yacht Club, too! All around a great experience working with Megan - if/when we go back, we will use her again, and I would recommend her to everyone!

Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me plan our few days we in MGM and Magic Kingdom. She was able to assist in making reservations and gave me reminder dates, such as for fastpass+ choices. Her tips were great and opened my eyes to so much I didn’t know about Disney and in the end saved us money, which was very appreciated! Megan was very responsive when answering my questions.

Our experience with Kristen was excellent! She really listens to what you’re looking for in your Disney trip and makes it happen.
