When it was close to leave for Disney, she printed out several sheets of tips, parade times, can't miss rides and shows. She made the trip so easy and stress free. Our Mickey Travels agent, Jennifer Grimes, planned a magical trip for our family of nine the year before our oldest daughter went to college. With four teenagers, the free dining plan she recommended was perfect. Our growing boys took full advantage of the amazing meals at every restaurant Jen booked for us! The size of our family was not an issue for Jen - she expertly chose our lodging in a Sarasota Springs Treehouse which had plenty of space for all of us and included a kitchen and washer and dryer. Nobody wanted to come home! Having Jen plan our Disney family vacation took all of the stress out of the adventure and allowed us to enjoy our family time without worrying about the details. What magical memories!

Jen Grimes was super helpful in planning our recent Disney trip. She was always available for questions, and believe me, we had a LOT of questions! She held our hand through the entire process, getting our fast passes setup and all of our meals. The cruise was unreal, Jen! We love every single minute of it! Being our first cruise, we weren’t sure what to expect, but everything was just amazing!
