Our Mickey Travels agent, Jennifer Grimes, planned a magical trip for our family of nine the year before our oldest daughter went to college. With four teenagers, the free dining plan she recommended was perfect. Our growing boys took full advantage of the amazing meals at every restaurant Jen booked for us! The size of our family was not an issue for Jen - she expertly chose our lodging in a Sarasota Springs Treehouse which had plenty of space for all of us and included a kitchen and washer and dryer. Nobody wanted to come home! Having Jen plan our Disney family vacation took all of the stress out of the adventure and allowed us to enjoy our family time without worrying about the details. What magical memories!

The cruise was unreal, Jen! We love every single minute of it! Being our first cruise, we weren’t sure what to expect, but everything was just amazing! My family took our first trip to Disney this past July. Trying to plan it myself was beyond overwhelming and frustrating. I was referred to Jen Mullen and I cannot put into words how grateful I am to her. I consider her my guardian angel. Our trip was perfect. I couldn't ask for any better. She was very knowledgeable and honest when I asked for her suggestions because I had no idea where to start. She even sent the kids coloring books and other treats to keep them busy on the airplane ride-- completely unexpected and way beyond my expectations. I felt like Jen was a "friend" the first time I talked to her and we even joked about missing each other because we talked so often. I have referred a couple friends already to Jen and she is currently working with them and they are equally as please as I was (Julie B. has a February trip planned through Jen). I just thought that you should be aware how truly miraculous Jen Mullen is.
