I wanted to drop you a line and let you know how absolutely fantastic Leanne Phelps has been these last seven months or so, as we've planned our trip to Disneyworld. She's been so incredibly responsive, always getting back to me in less than 24 hours, with extremely informative answers to my questions. She's also been super helpful with making restaurant and fast pass reservations (something I especially appreciated, given the early time the reservations open and that our fast pass + window opened the weekend after Thanksgiving). And, she contacted us when there was a discounted option at the resort we stayed. I will definitely recommend her to friends planning a trip to Disney World. She's a true gem. My wife and I both have very demanding jobs and had little time to plan the details of our Disney trip.
