Being such a large family, I had concerns on how to handle our trip with toddlers, teenagers, parents and grandparents. I had been to Disney World numerous times and each time planned the trip on my own. Melissa Abbott was an amazing Disney Vacation Planner. She has been to Disney a million times with her children and was the perfect person to ask for recommendations on parks, attractions, fast passes, resorts and dining. She answered all of our questions promptly and handled all of the paperwork efficiently. She even made our dining reservations and fast passes! She was available while we were on vacation for anything that might come up. We had an amazing family vacation at Disney World thanks to her expertise and approachable personality. We will definitely be contacting her again when we plan our next Disney adventure!

Melissa Abbott is wonderful! When we asked her to plan our trip for us we thought it would save us a little time. But she really made our trip better. She gave us options we didn't even know were available. We were thinking about having our daughter do the dress like a princess thing. Melissa had listened to us describe our daughter in earlier conversations and suggested the dress like a mermaid thing! My daughter loved it! All the cast members talked like pirates! It was great and fit my daughter's personality! Her dining suggestions were great. Throughout the entire booking process, she thought of everything. She really is amazing!

Melissa (Abbott) was AMAZING being our travel agent for my families Disney World trip. I have never used a travel agent before, so I had no idea how any of it worked. I never had to lift a finger during the planning process. Melissa was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make sure that all of our plans were perfect. She was very fast to responding to all of my emails and answering all of my questions fully. We also made a few changes to our trip, which Melissa was able to correct quickly and easily. I booked my next Disney vacation with her already and I plan on using her for all of my Disney vacations in the future. I wouldn't plan another trip without her!
