Hi! My name is Stephanie Currington!
I do not remember my first Disney World visit at age three, but I know it started my love for all things Disney. Growing up in Kissimmee, FL, I was lucky enough to live just a few miles from Disney World. In addition, my grandfather who is now retired, worked at Epcot and we were able to make countless trips to Disney World. I spent my childhood exploring and learning everything I could about Disney. I was always excited to take friends and show them around this magical place. I feel that no matter how many times you visit, you will always have a different experience. This is just one of many things that I think make a Disney vacation truly unique and of course magical.
I spent a summer, during my college years, working at Disney’s Dixie Landings Resort (now called Disney’s Port Orleans – Riverside). Honestly, that was one of the best summers of my life. Working at Disney, I was able to explore places that most people don’t get to go like the underground tunnels at Magic Kingdom. Yes, there is a whole world under Magic Kingdom! And yes, I did get lost!
I am now a wife and a mother in Oklahoma and my love of Disney is shared by my husband and two girls. We live in Oklahoma and I miss visiting Disney whenever I want, but that makes going back even more treasured. I now get to experience it through the eyes of my children.
