Hi! I’m Sonya Cook!

I grew up on Disney! I did Mousercise in the morning as a little kid and loved going to old school Disney on Ice. Dressing up as Belle for Halloween was a core memory in elementary school. Disney Channel Original Movies—and concerts—were my jam as I moved into my tweens and teens. And, along with Saturday Morning Cartoons, I was always ready for a trip to the theater for the latest Disney movie.

Disney has always been part of my life, but I never got to go to the parks until I was an adult. When I did, it was everything I could have wished! From the first ride on Space Mountain to dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table and the Goodnight Kiss, it was perfect. I enjoyed it so much that I visit Disney property at least once a year, every year—making lasting memories with friends and loved ones every time.
