Hi! I’m Nicole Filato—a wife, boy mom x2, and Disney enthusiast from Morris County, New Jersey.

To me, Disney is so much more than vacation destinations—it’s the heartbeat of my family’s story & the driving force behind my passion for Disney trip planning. Known to my friends and family as their “Disney Adult,” I have leaned on the magic of Disney during both my life’s greatest milestones and its most difficult challenges. My husband and I got engaged at Disney’s Aulani Resort, celebrated our pregnancy announcements right in front of Cinderella’s Castle, and found a much-needed sanctuary at Disney during my mother’s brave battle with stage 4 breast cancer (a journey that led to her being 11 years cancer-free and thriving today). These aren’t just trips to me; they are the “core memories” that keep us anchored.

With over 100 Disney vacations under my belt, I love blending my expert knowledge with a lifelong enthusiasm for Disney to help others design their perfect trips. I’m the go-to person people turn to when they’re spiraling over the latest planning questions: “Wait, what the heck is Lightning Lane Multi Pass?”, Do I really need a dining reservation for that?”, or “Seriously—Topolino’s or Cape May Café?”.

While I’m all about the magic, I also bring a “Pixie Dust” precision to my planning, backed by 14+ years of professional experience in marketing, large-scale event planning, and project management. My background has trained me to anticipate and eliminate friction points long before they happen – allowing you to bypass the stress and focus on making magical memories with your loved ones.
