Hi there! My name is Morgan Carcieri!

I’m excited to help plan your next Disney vacation! Disney has always been a part of my life – my first trip to Disneyland was at 13 months old, and my parents later fell in love with Walt Disney World. We were lucky enough to visit every year, and I have the best memories from my childhood trips spent at the Boardwalk!

In college, I started planning trips for all of my friends – many of them on their first trips – and quickly became known as “the Disney friend”. After obtaining my Masters degree in education, I went on to pursue a career as a nanny, working for so many wonderful families, and of course planning Disney trips for them and their friends. I was also able to join many of them on their own Disney vacations, which gave me the opportunity to explore additional Disney destinations.

In 2011, I met my husband, who was also raised in a Disney-loving family! We were engaged on a Magic Kingdom fireworks cruise in 2014, and married at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian in 2015, complete with a reception at the Boardwalk, fireworks dessert party in Epcot, and a private ride on Soarin’ with our guests to end the magical day.

I’ve traveled to Walt Disney World from Rhode Island more than 100 times! I’ve been to Disneyland several times and have visited Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disney Resort, Shanghai Disneyland, and Aulani in Hawaii. I’ve also traveled on several Disney cruises. My husband and I have traveled all over the world and always love to experience Disney wherever we go! I’ve also participated in many RunDisney events, including the infamous Dopey challenge. I’ve done Disney VIP tours and just about every extra experience that Disney has to offer. I love adding those details into trips for my clients, whether it’s boat rentals, fishing excursions, horseback riding, golf, dinner shows, holiday parties, or whatever other interests your family may have.

Our son was born in 2020, with our daughter following soon after in 2021, and we now get to experience another magical phase of our love for Disney. We brought our son for his first trip at 7 months-old, for two magical weeks that we’ll never forget. We are proud Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club owners. Our favorite trips are the ones we get to take with our siblings and their families. Our kids already have so many Disney memories with their cousins – if you’re looking for a large family trip, I’d be thrilled to help!

Besides Disney, my other passions are planning, organization, and personal finance. I’ve planned trips for couples, families with young children, and large family reunions. I’ve planned for “go-with-the-flow” families and “strict schedule” families and everything in-between. I’ve personally stayed at nearly all of the Walt Disney World resorts, all of the Disneyland resorts, and Aulani in Hawaii. I’ve also dined at the majority of Disney property restaurants; planning meals is probably my favorite part of every trip! I’ve also planned trips with every budget in mind. I love finding a great deal and helping families prioritize what’s most important to them!

My goal is to combine my many years of Disney experiences with my passion for planning and attention to detail, in order to give you the best possible vacation experience. I know how valuable our vacation time is, and how important these family memories are. I look forward to finding out exactly what best suits your family’s interests, budget, and vacation style, and sprinkling in all of the magic along the way!
