Hi! My name is Kate Antonacci, and I would love the opportunity to help you plan a magical Disney vacation!

I live in Minnesota (the Twin Cities!) with my husband, our young son, and our dog, and we are a proud Disney loving family.

My own Disney story began as one of five kids packed into a Dodge minivan for a 20-hour family road trip to Walt Disney World. It was the first visit for all of us, and the excitement was so overwhelming that when we drove under the iconic Walt Disney World sign, we had to pull over, we just couldn’t contain the joy!

I was hooked that first trip, when I was pulled from the crowd to dance with Prince Charming during a parade.

Growing up, our family returned to Disney every other year, and in high school I had the honor of marching in the SpectroMagic Parade with my high school band, a memory I’ll cherish forever. As an adult, I’ve been lucky to return many times and have even ran multiple runDisney races through the parks.

Now, as a mom, I love experiencing the magic through my son’s eyes. Since he was two, we’ve taken at least one Disney trip every year, and his excitement never fades.

With a background in customer service and management, I bring efficiency, attention to detail, and heartfelt care into every trip I plan. I take time to understand your travel goals and design a personalized itinerary that fits your needs, whether you’re traveling with toddlers, teens, grandparents, or adults-only.

And while I love planning Disney park vacations, I don’t stop there. I can also help you see the world, from excitement on a Disney Cruise Line voyage to exploring new cultures with Adventures by Disney, or even embarking on a National Geographic Expedition.
