Hi there, my name is Kara Wollmering and I’m so glad you’re here!  The fact that you are reading this means that you’re likely dreaming of your next Disney vacation. I would be delighted to help you make that dream a reality!

One of my favorite pictures from my childhood was taken of me dancing poolside at Disney World.  I was not even two years old, sporting a precious pink and white checkered swimsuit, not yet knowing how this magical place would truly become my happy place.  From an awestruck kid, to an excited teenager, to a budget-tied young adult, to a DINK (dual-income-no-kid) adult, to a pregnant mom, to a family of four, to two parents leaving the kids at home, I have experienced Disney in many seasons of life.  Now, as an advisor with MickeyTravels, I am so excited to learn all about you and your ideal Disney vacation for this season of your life.  Whatever your budget or dreams are, I am here to help you bring your ideal Disney vacation to life.  

I am currently a stay-at-home mom (SAHM) of two kiddos who enjoy watching Disney point-of-view ride videos, hugging Disney characters on my sweatshirts, and singing “There’s a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow” throughout the house.  Prior to my SAHM gig, I worked as an academic advisor for first-generation, low-income students, coordinated orientation programming for over 6000 incoming students, fostered ongoing relationships of alumni, and supported independent living of adults with autism and other learning differences.  Through these roles, my greatest joy has been helping people.  I’m so excited to be with MickeyTravels to help people like you feel heard, seen, and supported every step of the way.

While some may see planning a trip as daunting, boring, or tedious, I truly love it!  Let me be your fairy godmother and bippity, boppity boo all of your travel plans together.  Magic awaits!
