Hi! I’m Heather Merritt — and many of my most treasured memories were made in the most magical places on Earth. I’m ready to share my Disney knowledge to create your magical vacation.

Eyes wide on Main Street as a child, and just as wide for my first solo trip post-graduation. My kids’ first haircuts at Harmony Barber Shop, same street, years later. My folks strolling that same street with their grandchildren. “The walk” with a toddler on Disney Dream before dawn, fifteen years before the commercial made it famous. Teens making friends in Vibe. Cocktail crafting on the Disney Wonder. Feet in the sand at Aulani. Concerts and sipping chocolate at Epcot Food & Wine Festival. Bike rides on Castaway Cay. These are the moments that turn a vacation into something talked about for years, and they don’t happen by accident. Those moments are made one carefully chosen detail at a time.

I’ve traveled by car and plane from Pennsylvania to Walt Disney World more times than my age. As a 20+ year Disney Vacation Club Member, I’ve stayed across every Walt Disney World and Disneyland resort category — the Deluxe Villas feel like a second home. I hold Castaway Club Platinum on Disney Cruise Line, with Pearl in sight. I’ve traveled to Disneyland Paris with toddlers and chased Menehune legends at Aulani in Hawaii. When you ask what something’s really like, I’m answering from experience, not a manual.
