Hi! I’m Heather Merritt — and some of my most treasured memories were made in the most magical places on Earth.

Holding my Mom’s hand on Main Street when I was a child visiting Magic Kingdom. The joy of seeing my parents walk the very same Main Street with my tweens, who had their very first haircuts at Harmony Barber Shop on that very same street. The laughs we had as adults learning to craft cocktails on a Disney cruise. Seeing my teens hang out with new friends they met at Vibe on the Disney Wonder ship. Watching the fire dancers at Aulani while seated under the stars. Those are the moments a trip stops being simply a vacation and becomes something you and your family talk about year after year. Those moments don’t happen by accident — they’re made; one carefully chosen detail at a time.

For over 20 years, I’ve been a Disney Vacation Club Member, staying across every Walt Disney World and Disneyland resort category and knowing the Deluxe Villa properties like a second home; I’ve visited the parks from Pennsylvania more times than I can count. I’ve earned Castaway Club Platinum Member status on Disney Cruise Line — and I’m closing in on Pearl Member. I’ve traveled internationally to Disneyland Paris and seen the enchanting Menehune at Aulani in Hawaii. When you ask me what something is really like, I’m answering from memory, not a manual.

I’ve also spent 25 years professionally creating world-class experiences around the globe for thousands of people at once — which means the logistics that can overwhelm a Disney vacation are exactly where I thrive. Destination selection, resort and stateroom choices, dining reservations, shore excursions, Lightning Lane planning — I live for this.
