Fernanda Pennycooke – North Carolina Disney Travel Agent

Hi, I’m Fernanda Pennycooke.

I am fluent in Portuguese, a mom to boy/girl twins, a musical theatre kid and a Disney super fan in North Carolina!

My love for Disney began when I participated in the Walt Disney World College Program as a sophomore in college. I quickly fell in love with the company, its culture, and the magic of creating unforgettable moments for guests.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee, I went on to work in the sports and entertainment industry. Life eventually led me into supply chain and logistics, where I spent the majority of my corporate career.

When I welcomed my twins, I made the decision to step away from corporate America to focus on raising my double bundle of joy—years I truly treasure. As they grew, my husband and I began taking them to Walt Disney World and on Disney Cruises. Experiencing Disney through their eyes was even more magical than my own college program experience years earlier. Now almost 10 years old, both of my twins dream of becoming Imagineers and working for Disney one day.

With a lifelong passion for Disney and firsthand experience planning Disney vacations for my family, I decided to take the next step by becoming a travel agent specializing in Disney destinations. I am thrilled to be part of the MickeyTravels family and honored to help families plan Disney vacations that will be remembered and treasured for a lifetime.
