Erin Uda – Utah Disney Vacation Planner
Hi! My name is Erin Uda!
I love to create fun, memorable vacations for myself and others. Immersion into Disney details allows me to create the perfect experience, and I would love to share my knowledge with your family.
I’ve been visiting Walt Disney World since I was tiny. The only two memories that have survived from my first trip are a meal at the Germany pavilion and a blue & white striped stroller with a Mickey balloon floating above it. But it was such a defining memory that I can still recall it.
With my background in travel, event, and recreation management, I’m sure we can create a memorable experience for your family as well. My experience has focused on international travel and Walt Disney World in Orlando, but I am knowledgeable on all Disney offerings, so don’t be afraid to reach out about other Disney experiences.
Our favorite Disney World resorts are in the Boardwalk area, which feels like a miniature version of Disney Springs and is located within walking distance of two Disney parks. But I have also experienced multiple hotels both on and off property.
If you’re looking for a beach vacation, there is something special about the Disney Aulani resort. It’s so relaxing. And if you’re ready to venture off property, there is plenty to keep you busy. But the less well-known Vero Beach, FL resort is also worth a visit. The beaches at Vero have the perfect sand for building castles, and this location makes a convenient stop at the beginning or end of a cruise.
I’m always planning future trips and curating itineraries for places we’d love to go. Currently on that list are trips to DisneySea in Tokyo, the Galactic Starcruiser hotel at WDW, and two Adventures by Disney experiences: the Danube river cruise (with an added escape to Paris) and a tour around China. If we complete all these trips, we’ll have visited four international Disney parks!

Our family trip to visit DisneySea in Tokyo had to be postponed due to travel restrictions, but we are hoping to reschedule soon. We can’t wait to see the unique Japanese items for sale in the park. Everything is so kawaii (cute)! Did you know they sell Mickey-themed yukata (robes) and were the originators of the Disney Popcorn trend? We’re hoping to visit during the Tanabata festival because we love the idea of tying our wishes to tree branches and taking a few tags home for souvenirs. We’d also love to eat at Magellan’s restaurant. That ceiling is breathtaking.

We’d also love to take a Danube river cruise with Adventures by Disney. With an itinerary that includes four European countries, a solid nod to the Sound of Music, a price tag that’s almost half of a typical Adventures by Disney trip, and an option to visit Disneyland Paris as a trip add-on, we can’t wait to go!
Even though I’m a Utah Disney vacation planner, I book trips for many clients all over the country! So give me a call and let’s get started planning your next Disney adventure.
