Nicole Clapp – Iowa Disney Travel Agent

Hi, I’m Nicole Clapp, an Iowan whose love of Disney began the very day I was born when I received the nicknamed Pooh Bear, which I proudly reply to still today! My first visit to Magic Kingdom at age three made a lasting impression on me. I vividly remember running up to Mickey Mouse in my new “Nikki” embroidered ears to get his autograph on a Mickey Mouse postcard and standing on my dad’s lap trying to reach for the ghost holographs in Disney’s Haunted Mansion. More than 35 Disney trips later, I still feel that same excitement and anticipation—and I would love to help you experience it, too!

When I think back, Disney has been a part of my most treasured memories. Each vacation has added a new element and perspective to my life experiences. So, to keep the magic of a Disney vacation alive, my home in Iowa has transformed into “Disney of the Midwest.” I truly live and breathe pixie dust every day! The reason I mention these aspects of “my world” is to reiterate that I am Disney through and through 365.

As a registered nurse and hospital executive, I spent years caring for others and worked with the Disney Institute focusing on service excellence within our organization. For added value, I am committed to bringing that same passion, attention to detail and individualized touch as you plan your next vacation of a lifetime. Remember, there is no expense to you, as my services are FREE.

Whether you’re dreaming of your first Disney visit, a Hawaiian paradise, a cruise voyage, or a worldwide adventure with the people you care about, I’ll listen to what matters to you navigate even the smallest of details so you can focus on what matters most; creating precious memories to cherish. So, no matter the age or destination, I am here for you! Organizing an anniversary vacation with my parents when my dad needed accessible amenities truly deepened my appreciation for designing each trip to accommodate everyone’s needs and wants.

As Walt Disney shared, “If you can Dream It, you can Do It.” So, are you ready to start dreaming?
