Hello! My name is Lisa Vondale!

I am so glad that you are here! When I was five, my grandma and her twin sister surprised us with a trip to the Polynesian Village Resort, sparking a life-long glorious obsession for my entire family with all things Disney. Now, decades later, my family both immediate and extended continues to relish in the joy and wonder that only Disney magic can bring to vacation memories, and we all live by that genuine Disney mantra: “If you can dream it, then you can do it.”

The magic of Disney goes far beyond the typical experiences for us. One of our daughters is autistic and also has ADHD. We have spent years learning all that Disney Access Service (DAS) has to offer to help our trips go smoothly, and she has spent time with park managers further raising awareness for people with sensory challenges. Our other daughter has life-threatening food and environmental allergies. Disney has gone above and beyond to navigate our lodging and eating experiences to make all of her culinary dreams come true, despite her limitations. I cannot wait to share all of this knowledge with you to ensure that your family experiences this same Disney magic no matter what the circumstances.

We travel to the Walt Disney World resort from Michigan at least 20 days a year, not only zipping through parks at Buzz Lightyear-speed but also taking time to enjoy the tranquility that a wander through Gorilla Falls Expedition at Animal Kingdom can provide. Each trip brings something new: hiking over alligators at the Wild Africa Trek, running through Cinderella Castle at sunrise with dear friends during the Princess Half Marathon, dazzled by fireworks on cruises at the parks and in the middle of the Atlantic during Pirate’s Night on the Disney Cruise Line, celebrating weddings, engagements, birthdays, and those delightfully overwhelming first visits. We have stayed at almost every resort on property and even splurged one year for a VIP day. My personal favorite lately was the December holiday surprise trip with daily hotel changes to pool hop, riddles to figure out where we were going, and a chance to join the Resistance to fight Kylo Ren himself. The looks not only on my kids’ faces but also on my husband’s face will be memories to treasure for a lifetime.

Counting down the days to our Disney vacations almost brings as much enthusiasm as the trip itself, and we know that our time there is not only special but also important to our well-being. I cannot wait to help guide your family on this planning adventure, whether it is your first trip to a Disney property or your 100th.
