Hi! My name is Cathy Ruhnke!

I am a Texas girl and live in Houston with my husband, 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. My first trip to Disney World was when I was 6 and it has felt like home ever since! I have been to Disney World and Disneyland several times since my first visit, and it always feels as magical as that first time. I have really enjoyed sharing the magic on a solo trip with my husband and now with each of my kids.

For me, Disney vacations stand apart from any other experience because of the beautiful artistry and attention to detail found everywhere in the Disney parks. From the Electrical Water Pageant on the Seven Seas Lagoon (always our go-to show on our first night in Disney World) to fireworks to tiny hidden Mickeys in our hotel room, these experiences captivate me and my whole family. I could spend my entire vacation just looking for hidden Mickeys at Disney World!
