Hi! My name is Joy Flower!

I live in Charleston, SC today, however grew up in Orlando.

Growing up in the sunshine state, I had the amazing opportunity to visit Walt Disney World a number of times (more than I can count to be honest).

The sight of the castle, of Figment’s tiny wings, a towering Wookie, or one of the thrilling mountains will always bring a smile to my face – it’s magic, it’s wonder, it’s adventure, it’s delight. Disney can only be described using the good adjectives.

Walt Disney said it best – “Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever.”

Let’s fast forward from childhood to present day, where this Dreamer and Doer started and fostered a career in project coordination and analysis. But, in true pixie fashion, she started performing alchemical experiments with her career and found that by mixing a daily allotment of fairy dust with her passion and creativity, and adding a few dashes of her swashbuckling organizational and planning skills, any feat could be accomplished. She found her dream role with MickeyTravels!

All jokes aside, I simply can’t wait to share the magic I know and my appetite for Disney with you. It’s going to be so much fun!
