Hi! My name is Tara Crooks!

I’m so excited to be a travel agent with MickeyTravels. Most people know me for being deeply obsessed with three specific things – animals, Taylor Swift, and DISNEY! I have been going to Disney World for vacations for the past 25 years with my family and recently went on a Disney Cruise. My mom, Gina, is just as obsessed as me, so it’s no wonder that I would eventually make Disney a part of my career. Being “inside the Disney World Bubble” is my absolute favorite place in the world to be. I spend every morning watching my favorite Disney YouTube bloggers go to the parks each day. The magic I feel walking down Main Street is not comparable to much else I’ve experienced while on a vacation. I can’t wait to help you feel that magic too!

I graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Tourism & Hospitality Management. After college, I spent many years working at a hotel in Indy as the Food & Beverage Director. I learned so much working in the hospitality industry and I still use those lessons to help me in my every day life. Now, I own my own Pet Services business in Indianapolis. I absolutely love taking care of animals as my full time job. I’m so happy to now have TWO dream careers!

I am considered the “Planner” of my friend group. They always tell me that we would never get together if I wasn’t in charge of planning everything. It makes me laugh but also gives me a sense of pride knowing that I am uniquely good at something that others need help with. In this case, it’s planning your PERFECT Disney Vacation.

One of my favorite Disney song quotes is, “People make bad choices when they’re mad or scared or stressed. But throw a little love their way, and you’ll bring out their best!” My goal is to take care of ALL the difficult and time-consuming tasks that go into planning a Disney vacation so that when you arrive, you can be your BEST self. Whether you’re planning a Bachelorette party (like me,) a big family reunion, or just a quick weekend trip, I will be there for you every step of the way.
