Lisa is the absolute best. She made planning our trip to Disney World easy and enjoyable. Her wealth of knowledge helped us plan rides, activities, and dining reservations that would best fit our family. I also appreciated how quickly she responded to our questions, and the attention to detail she provided in those responses. She was very proactive, as well. She saved us a little money when a new promotion was released after we booked, and she let me know when there were changes to the FastPass system, so we could make the necessary changes to take advantage of them. I can’t thank her enough for making my kids’ first trip to Disney a magical experience.
