What a fool I was thinking I could plan this trip on my own! Booking with Sarah was the best happy accident I could have imagined. When our former agent stopped responding, I tried to plan this vacation on my own, and within hours I was fully over my head. A friend recommended Sarah, and within mere moments we had transferred to her, and off she went! She took the reins on what was an out-of-control mess and turned it into a well oiled machine. Her expertise, patience, creativity and organization truly made the difference between our incredibly magical Disney vacation and the mess it would have been. I cannot and will not plan any Disney trip from this day forward without Sarah!
