Melissa (Abbott) was AMAZING being our travel agent for my families Disney World trip. I have never used a travel agent before, so I had no idea how any of it worked. I never had to lift a finger during the planning process. Melissa was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make sure that all of our plans were perfect. She was very fast to responding to all of my emails and answering all of my questions fully. We also made a few changes to our trip, which Melissa was able to correct quickly and easily. I booked my next Disney vacation with her already and I plan on using her for all of my Disney vacations in the future. I wouldn’t plan another trip without her!
