All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! So knowledgeable on every little aspect. We are Disney veterans and know how to do Disney, or so I thought! Kelli had so many unique tips and tricks that I was blown away! We were a group of 9 and she had everything tied up nicely for that large of a group. I was a bit worried about dining and fastpasses with that many people but Kelli made it so simple and got us EVERYTHING we had requested.  On top of being detail oriented, she was a fast responder to every single question I had. Never had to wait more than an hour to hear back from her, which was very refreshing! She is now my go to Disney TA and can’t wait to book all of our trips with her!
