Kelli completely changed the impression we had about getting help for travel planning.

Our original trip was planned in March 2020, and we were already impressed with her thoroughness in her emails, her willingness to jump on an almost 2h call with us at 8pm, etc. Our trip had to be cancelled as it coincided with the breakout of the pandemic, and Kelli was very graceful handling our cancellation, giving us alternatives to keep our booking, but without any hassle or creating friction to our cancellation. So when we decided to rebook a year later, we didn’t hesitate for a second to reach out to Kelli again. Just like the first time, she was very caring, considerate, proactive in communications… All in all, we can comfortably say that our trip was much, much easier and enjoyable thanks to Kelli’s work.
