Megan was a huge help! We had some uncommon ticket/hotel requests (we were spending a day or two not in the parks), and she handled everything with ease. She got us the best deal, helped us with dinner reservations and reminded us to make our fast pass reservations. When we checked in, we were upgraded to the concierge level of the Yacht Club, too! All around a great experience working with Megan – if/when we go back, we will use her again, and I would recommend her to everyone!
