I currently live in Mooresville, NC, but my Disney journey began as young child living on Long Island when my family would travel “home” to Walt Disney World each year. We created so many magical moments that I still get emotional just getting off the plane and walking through Orlando International Airport. Those magical moments continued with my best friends throughout my teenage and college years. Once my two children were born the journey changed and I now get to see Disney through their eyes which is simply amazing. I love watching how their eyes light up with excitement as the castle comes into view just as mine did (and still do)!!

Heather made our trip amazing!! This was our first Disney trip and we were so clueless on where to even start, then add covid differences and it made it even more overwhelming. As soon as I contacted her she helped with everything we got booked she made all of our dining reservations, gave us suggestions and made sure my son had a super special day for his birthday. She was always just a text away both before our trip and while we were there. She responded very quickly anytime we had questions which made it so nice! While we were there we figured out on day one that we would need some more dining reservations in order to be able to take a little more of a relaxed break during park days and rather than spending tons of time looking at what had availability we were just able to text her and she had us hooked up within about 15 min. I would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip even if you know how to book and have been a million times just the convenience of having her there to help anytime we asked was so great!!
Heather was such a help to us planning our Disney vacation - from picking the perfect hotel to the dining recommendations to scheduling suggestions, our Disney trip was the BEST family vacation we have ever had in large part to Heather’s work.
