Planning a Disney trip is overwhelming, especially if it’s your first time. I reached out to Heather to help us book our first trip ever…for 6 people. My family is no easy feat to overcome. Heather came to our business to sit down with us. She gathered all of our info on our likes and dislikes, she gave us helpful tips on her experiences and what would help us for our first time. No question we had was overlooked. Even if it seemed silly to us, because we just didn’t know, she answered and never made us feel like we were bothering her. Heather took care of us and booked our dining…which was AMAZING. All of her suggestions were spot on. She even scored the beloved “Be Our Guest” dinner reservations!!!! Our first trip was truly magical and one I will never forget. The looks on my kids faces at our first character meal at Chef Mickey’s brought me to tears…just like she said it would. It just was an amazing trip over all and her insider tips made our trip flow a lot easier. We booked our bounce back trip for 2018 immediately and I will be looking to switch over our reservation so Heather can once again work her magic. Thank you for everything!!
